Rent out my second home ?

Yes, it is possible and there are no limitations in our region.

Renting through a SCI (real estate investment company) ?

Yes, that's entirely possible.

In this case, the contract must be signed by the manager of the SCI, accompanied if necessary by a decision of the general meeting authorizing the short-term rental.

However, it is important to note that a SCI which carries out furnished rentals is normally subject to corporate income tax (IS).

Exception: if the income from furnished rental represents less than 10% of the total income of the SCI, the latter may remain subject to income tax (IR).

Subletting your accommodation ?

As a tenant, you can only sublet your accommodation if your landlord gives you written permission. We can assist you with these procedures to ensure full compliance.

Your accommodation then benefits from Airbnb Host Insurance, covering up to €800,000 in case of damage.
